Welcome to Beresfield Community Care where our team of staff and volunteers can help you to enjoy the comforts of your home by providing assistance where and when you need it.
Our Service has been able to contribute in a very positive way to the well-being of the frail, aged and disabled in our local community.
The services we provide are all based around our aim to enable our clients to live independent lives to the fullest. They include:-
- Social Support Group called The Friendship Club.
- Help with Cleaning and Maintenance around the House.
- Transport to and from critical events such as Doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
- Assistance with Shopping
- Social events and Outings.
- Meals on Wheels
- Personal Care
- Mens Day Out
- Beresfield Community Care is a registered provider of supports under the National Disability Support Scheme (NDIS).
- Carers group
The Annual Christmas Party will be held this year on 14th December 2017 at 11 am at East Lesuire and Golf Club. Contact office for further details
OFFICE CLOSURE
The office will be closed from close of business on Friday 22nd December and re-open on 2nd January 2018 at 8.30 am.
Cancellations during this time please ring 047 333 1441 between 8 am and 6 pm. No services on Christmas Day or New years Day.
